Jonathan joined Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns LLP as an articling student in 2024 and was called to the Ontario Bar in the same year. Before practicing in Canada, he worked as a solicitor in Hong Kong, specializing in civil litigation.
Jonathan continues to hone his litigation expertise, having assisted on proceedings at the Ontario Court of Appeal and represented clients in person at the Superior Court of Justice. He provides counsel on tribunal matters, including cases before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Small Claims Court, and Landlord and Tenant Board. Beyond litigation, Jonathan has contributed to real estate development projects, supporting rezoning and variance applications.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Jonathan brings a multilingual perspective to his practice.
