Vivian Lau is a lawyer qualified in both Ontario and Hong Kong, bringing over 12 years of experience advising public companies, financial institutions, businesses, and private clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, real estate (including commercial leasing), regulatory, and cross-border matters. She also has had experience dealing with estate planning and administration matters.
Prior to relocating to Ontario and joining the firm, Vivian practised in Hong Kong for over a decade. She advised listed companies on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, financing matters, and cross-border business structures. Her experience also includes commercial contracting, real estate transactions, and multi-jurisdictional matters involving both corporate and individual clients. Vivian will also practise and broaden her experience in estate planning and administration matters here in Ontario working closely with MBB’s partner Mr. K.B.Ng.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Vivian brings an international perspective to her practice and is committed to delivering practical, responsive, and client-focused legal solutions. She looks forward to helping clients navigate their legal needs with her cross-border experience and commercial insight.
