Timothy was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2022. His practice spans broadly between corporate & commercial, real estate, wills and estate, and litigation. He regularly advises corporate clients and individuals on commercial leases, corporate agreements, acquisitions and dispositions of real estates (including commercial properties, residential properties, assignment transactions, and life lease housing), financing (charter banks and private lenders), general corporate matters and civil disputes. He also works with tax advisors and accountants, and advises individuals on estate planning for our Wills, Estate and Trust practice. He aims to provide his clients with effective and practical solutions to achieve their goals.

Timothy is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto, Canada and a LLB (Hons) from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
