Our History

Founded in 1954, MBB has now evolved into a team of 200 experienced lawyers, legal professionals and supporting staffs. MBB’s clients include private enterprises and state-owned entities from various sectors such as banking, transportation, manufacturing, green energy, high technology, agriculture and medical equipment. Many of our clients have roots in Asia, particularly in mainland China and Hong Kong. We understand their objectives and culture and can deliver legal services catered to their needs.
